SAILING GRAND SLAM
The Sailing Grand Slam connects five of the most iconic sailing regattas in the world. These are regattas that include all Olympic sailing disciplines: Trofeo Princesa Sofía (Palma de Mallorca, Spain), Semaine Olympique Française (Hyères, France), Kieler Woche (Kiel, Germany), Long Beach Olympic Classes Regatta (Los Angeles, USA), and Dutch Water Week (Almere, Netherlands).

The Sailing Grand Slam takes place in the heart of Almere and is part of the Dutch Water Week, featuring participation from the world’s best sailors. The 2026 edition is once again open to all Olympic classes.

The Sailing Grand Slam during Dutch Water Week takes place in Almere and brings together the ten best sailors per discipline from the Olympic sailing, windsurfing, and kitefoil classes. They compete in a compact and spectacular format for prize money.
The competition format has been designed with both athletes and spectators in mind, whether attending in person or watching online. The setup is fair, fast, and easy to follow, featuring a simple race course without complex rules.
